Rolex Series Practice (1:30 PM - 2:30 PM)

6:30 PM - GREEN FLAG waves to begin the session.

6:40 PM - No. 10 ANGELELLI posts the fastest lap with a 1:43.853.

6:40 PM - In GT, No. 70 HAM is quickest at 1:54.705.

6:47 PM - The No. 76 Pontiac slows to a stop in chicane.

6:49 PM - FULL-COURSE CAUTION as track officials head to the chicane to bring in the No. 76 Pontiac.

6:50 PM - Corner workers report that the No. 11 DUNO has lost a wheel and is limping around the track.

6:54 PM - The No. 11 DUNO makes its way onto pit lane and the GREEN FLAG waves to resume the session.

6:57 PM - The No. 70 HASKELL turns the fastest lap of the session in the GT class with a lap time of 1:53.363.

7:00 PM - The No. 05 AUBERLEN improves to second with a time of 1:44.723.

7:11 PM - FULL-COURSE CAUTION - The No. 24 COTTER is stopped in the chicane.

NOTE: The No. 05 Sigalsport BMW, which originally qualified sixth with driver Bill Auberlen, incurred a post-qualifying penalty for ride height and the time was disallowed. The car may qualify again on Friday.

7:15 PM - The GREEN FLAG waves and the session resumes.

7:19 PM - Race control reports the No. 30 Porsche is slow on course.

7:24 PM - The No. 08 Mazda spins in the chicane but continues.

7:31 PM - The No. 86 Porsche stops in the chicane momentarily but continues.

7:34 PM - Corner workers report the No. 88 Porsche is dragging parts.

7:37 PM - FULL-COURSE CAUTION as the No. 77 Ford slides off in Turn 2 and makes contact with the tire barrier.

7:47 PM - GREEN FLAG waves to resume the session.

7:57 PM - No. 74 FARNBACHER takes the top GT spot with a 1:52.118.

8:01 PM - CHECKERED FLAG waves to conclude the session. No. 10 ANGELELLI was quickest with a lap at 1:43.853. In GT, No. 74 FARNBACHER was quickest at 1:51.802.

MEDICAL UPDATE: No. 113 Volkswagen KONI Challenge driver Tony Nuzzo has been released from Halifax Medical Center. All tests were negative and he is currently resting in his hotel. He plans to return to the track tomorrow, but it is unlikely he will compete in the Fresh from Florida 200.
