Lap 248 - 7:49:06 (9:20 PM) - No. 87 ZUGEL is stopped on course just past the entrance to the bus stop chicane.

Lap 252 - 7:55:47 (9:27 PM) - No. 01 PRUETT leads No. 58 SHARP by 1.121 seconds.

Lap 254 - 7:59:47 (9:30 PM) - In the East Horseshoe and while No. 6 ALLMENDINGER and the second-place overall car of No. 58 SHARP were attempting to pass him on each side, No. 41 MALLOY ran into the side of ALLMENDINGER's car before ricocheting into SHARP's car. No. 08 FINGER spun in avoidance of MALLOY, but all cars continue. SHARP brings the No. 58 Porsche into the pits with significantly damaged bodywork, and the team elects to take the car to its garage for repairs. No. 11 MANNING moves into second place.

Lap 258 - 8:07:01 (9:38 PM) - The No. 74 Porsche goes to its garage.

Lap 261 - 8:12:14 (9:45 PM) - No. 18 MAZZACANE slides off-course and hard into the barrier on the inside of Turn 5.

Lap 262 - 8:14:29 (9:46 PM) - FULL-COURSE CAUTION for incident involving No. 18 MAZZACANE.

Lap 263 - 8:16:25 (9:47 PM) - OVERALL LEAD CHANGE: Under the full-course caution, No. 01 PRUETT pits and DURAN gets in, giving the lead to No. 11 MANNING.

Lap 264 - 8:19:18 (9:51 PM) - OVERALL LEAD CHANGE: No. 11 MANNING pits, giving the lead to No. 01 DURAN. The No. 76 Ford goes to its garage for repairs. GT leader, No. 85 WERNER pits.

Lap 265 - 8:23:19 (9:56 PM) No. 67 BORQUE and No. 16 GAVIN make pit stops.

MEDICAL UPDATE: No. 18 Porsche driver GASTON MAZZACANE is awake and alert and is being transported to Halifax Medical Center.

Lap 271 - 8:40:29 (10:10 PM) - No. 10 TAYLOR comes down pit road, but speeds and incurs a drive-through penalty.

Lap 273 - 8:44:44 (10:15 PM) - GREEN FLAG waves with No. 01 DURAN leading the field in Turn 1. In GT, No. 85 WERNER leads the field. No. 87 BURKE slides off-course into the tire barrier in Turn 4 but continues.

Lap 274 - 8:47:10 (10:17 PM) - No. 10 TAYLOR serves his drive-through penalty.

Lap 274 - 8:51:26 (10:21 PM) - OVERALL LEAD CHANGE: No. 11 MANNING passes No. 01 DURAN for the overall lead.

Lap 279 - 8:56:14 (10:26 PM) - Corner workers report fluid leaking from No. 05 WEDLINGER.

Lap 285 - 9:07:04 (10:37 PM) - No. 20 LEITZINGER pulls up lame in Turn 1 and is now slow on the apron.

Lap 287 - 9:10:10 (10:40 PM) - No. 01 DURAN is pressuring No. 11 MANNING for the overall lead, trailing by just 0.442 seconds.

Lap 288 - 9:13:23 (10:43 PM) - No. 83 McCRACKIN pulls off-course in the East Horseshoe and makes his way back to the garage. The No. 45 Infiniti retires.

Lap 299 - 9:31:50 (11:02 PM) - No. 11 MANNING has opened a 5.521-second lead over No. 01 DURAN, as No. 02 WHELDON and No. 05 WENDLINGER are third and fourth, respectively. The top four Daytona Prototypes are on the lead lap, more than nine-and-a-half hours into the race.
